Overview
Coaching for Success is a workshop-based, custom-designed program for delivery to organizations. The organization's leaders learn the mechanics of coaching to foster a climate of organizational learning. Through these, they improve interpersonal interactions among employees and enhance performance.

The goal of this program is to create a self-sustaining ability in your organization. The participants learn the mechanics of change and of coaching others. This develops a common language and capability within your organization. The ideal structure is to bring a group of your leaders and influencers together and learn together.

Structure

• Custom framed for each organization’s objectives
• Action learning through videotaped practice sessions, self-observation, peer feedback and, one to one staff feedback.
• We create internal support networks among participants and teach the concepts of peer coaching to provide for long-term sustainability.
• 1 to 3 days of classroom.
• 8 to 16 hours of follow-up telephone coaching.

Time Commitment
This program is short term and can run from 30 to 120 days.

Internal consultants, managers, supervisors or people who spend significant amounts of time working in teams, training or mentoring others.
