Here are some of the methods we use to help people accomplish this. Winning Strategy. Each of us has learned how to win, and that has been our ticket to success to date. As we continually advance, the requirements tend to shift. This was documented decades ago in what was called the "Peter Principle", stating that each of us advanced until we reached our personal level of incompetence. Now, we look at that as finding the limit of our favorite Winning Strategy. Our approach helps you identify that strategy, along with the subsequent beliefs and behaviors that have made it work. We then re-create a new approach that will propel you along a new path. Emotional Intelligence. Current research shows us that 90% of executive success comes from the effective use of skills related to emotional intelligence. We use the most current research and proven methods to help our clients reconnect with those skills and develop their ability to be authentic. We have our own research-based on-line assessments to provide self awareness and direction for personal growth. Custom 360 degree feedback. Our 360 Assessment is built on current research of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership. It is positively focused to help you pinpoint your more developed aspects as well as your less developed ones. It is administered completely on-line, outside of your company networks for absolute confidentiality. Intensive workshops. In our transformational programs, we offer weekend workshops to our clients in very small and personal settings. These are skill development sessions in which we use video, behavior-based training, and intensive practice to allow our clients to see themselves as never before. Neurolinguistic Programming. We use NLP techniques to help clients reframe their words and actions, as well as redefine their belief structures in service of their new Winning Strategy. Commercial and custom assessments. When appropriate, we use the MBTI, the FIRO-B, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument, the Strength Deployment Inventory, and others. We also do custom assessments, such as organization or team specific 360 feedback. We balance the use of written or on-line assessments with interviews and observational data to provide robust and useful data back to our clients.
