Our programs are process driven. We look at each engagement through a series of phases. The actual time requirements and details of each phase vary from client to client as each is custom designed for their individuals goals.
The Gaian Process
Phase 1 |
Initial assessment
- Set goals of program with coachee and any relevant others.
- Conduct any required interviews (we will create this list together)
- Evaluate any existing documentation
- Complete assessments (probably 2 – 4. We select them based on the interviews)
- Create in-depth feedback report
- Have initial feedback session with coachee and set learning timelines
- Create initial set of work assignments

Training and follow-up
- Telephone/in-person coaching follow-ups
- Additional work assignments
- Additional full-day debrief/training session

Phase 3 |
Re-assessment / evaluation
- Conduct other interview
- Follow-up assessments
- Create in-depth feedback report
- Feedback session with coachee, any others
- Review / revise goals
